The layout of M/Y ABSOLUTE was conceived with emphasis on spacious arrangements and loads of natural lighting. With three dedicated sunbathing areas: one at the bow with a large folding sunbed, and two on the fly, she provides numerous areas for those who love being at the sun. The large shaded dining table in the aft cockpit and additional one on the fly will assure plenty of lively moments, whether it comes to fancy cocktails, romantic dinners, or family celebrations.

The spacious salon with comfortable white sofas and large-screen television creates a perfect area to relax. Panoramic windows allow plenty of natural light through. The yacht sleeps up to six guests in three modern design staterooms. The master cabin and the VIP cabin are accommodated with king-size beds and the third cabin with twin beds.

The Charter Fee includes the charter of the yacht with all its equipment in working order, tools, stores, cleaning materials, basic consumable stores for engine-room, deck and cabins etc.; the crew's wages, food; the insurance of the yacht for marine risk and third party claims and the crew for employer's liability.

RATE EXCLUDES

APA, avance para aprovisionamiento o Advanced Provisioning Allowance es la cantidad necesaria para cubrir y pagar los gastos durante el alquiler de un yate. Son costes que no están incluidos en el precio del chárter de yate. Se trata de comida, bebida, combustible, amarres en puertos deportivos, tasas portuarias, traslados, etc. Hay que pagar un depósito por adelantado para los gastos juntamente con el precio contractual del alquiler del yate. Normalmente, el APA es de entre el 30% y el 40% del precio de alquiler del yate. Antes de iniciar el chárter el capitán se encarga de adquirir todas las provisiones necesarias y lleva un registro de todos los gastos. Si esa cantidad (30%-40% de APA) resulta más que suficiente para cubrir el chárter y los gastos adicionales surgidos durante el viaje, los fondos no gastados se devuelven al arrendatario del yate. Por supuesto, también ocurre que el depósito (APA) no sea suficiente para cubrir todos los gastos, en cuyo caso el capitán del yate informará a los huéspedes de la necesidad de cubrir gastos.
