Will we have access to water toys and recreational equipment?

Most crewed yachts offer a selection of water toys and recreational equipment for guests to enjoy during the charter. This may include items such as paddleboards, kayaks, snorkeling gear, seabobs, towables, or inflatable platforms. The exact selection varies from yacht to yacht and depends on size, category, and cruising area. Your broker will confirm what is available on board before you book.

Are water toys included in the charter?

Non-motorized water toys are usually included in the charter fee. Motorized water toys, such as jet skis or seabobs, may be included on some yachts but can also be charged on an hourly basis, depending on the yacht’s policy. Fuel for motorized toys is never included and is always charged separately. In addition, local regulations may require a license for jet ski use, and in some protected bays or regions their use may be restricted or prohibited — something best discussed with your broker and the captain in advance to avoid surprises.

Can I work remotely from the yacht? Is Wi-Fi available on board?

Most modern yachts are equipped with Wi-Fi, making remote work possible during the charter. However, internet speed and reliability depend on the yacht’s equipment, cruising area, and proximity to shore. Coastal cruising usually provides better connectivity than remote or offshore locations. If reliable internet is essential, this should be discussed in advance so the captain can adjust the itinerary accordingly.

Can I use and charge my electronic devices on the yacht?

Yes, yachts are equipped with electricity and charging facilities for personal devices such as phones, laptops, cameras, and tablets. Power outlets and voltage may vary depending on the yacht. If you travel to a foreign country, it is better to carry adapters suitable for your device. The crew can assist if you need help connecting or charging your devices. For high-power equipment, it is always best to inform your broker and the captain in advance.

What about workouts and fitness on board?

Many yachts are well suited for staying active during your charter. Depending on the yacht, you may find yoga mats, free weights, resistance bands, or even a dedicated gym on larger yachts. Swimming, paddleboarding, and snorkeling also provide excellent natural workouts. If fitness is important to you, your broker can help select a yacht that supports your routine or even arrange a private trainer or yoga instructor on board.
