23m BELIZ (ex PATALYA) is an excellent choice for those dreaming to fulfill their sense of adventure while cruising in the beautiful waters of the Aegean and the Mediterranean.

BELIZ was built in 1998 by Maiora, one of the most famous and respectful Italian yachting brands. First ten years she cruised in France, and in 2008 the luxury motor yacht changed the owner who decided to bring her to Turkey, one of the most beautiful cruising grounds in the Eastern Mediterranean.

A group of friends or a family will spend a wonderful time on board BELIZ. She accommodates eight guests in four comfortable staterooms that can be accessed through the yacht’s saloon. Both VIP and Master cabins feature king-size beds with comfortable mattresses and good quality bed linens, large mirrors, and plenty of storage space for personal belongings. The owner’s stateroom has a settee and a small dressing room. The floor of the cabins is covered with soft anti-allergic carpet. The dark-colored interior balances perfectly with pastel tones of the bed linen and the daylight that enters the cabins through the portholes.

There are several options for sunbathing on board BELIZ. Foredeck there is a special cushioned area where it’s possible to enjoy the sun while on anchor or underway. Additional mattresses are located on the upper deck. The flybridge also features a comfortable sitting area and a convertible table where it’s perfect to have breakfast in the morning while sitting under the tent. It is also a wonderful choice for a cocktail rendezvous under the stars in the evening.

The yacht’s saloon features an indoor dining and entertainment area. Here in the air-conditioned comfort a family or a group of friends can watch a movie or listen to their favorite music while underway.

Aft deck there is a table for eight persons. It’s a perfect dining option when on anchor or in a secluded bay. The upper deck dining area is more private and perfectly suits for gatherings away from city’s hustle and bustle.

BELIZ is powered by two Caterpillar engines each 1350 HP allowing her to reach a maximum speed of 27 knots.

El precio del alquiler incluye el alquiler del yate y su equipamiento en estado de funcionamiento, los servicios de la tripulación y el seguro del yate.

NO INCLUIDO EN EL PRECIO

APA, avance para aprovisionamiento o Advanced Provisioning Allowance es la cantidad necesaria para cubrir y pagar los gastos durante el alquiler de un yate. Son costes que no están incluidos en el precio del chárter de yate. Se trata de comida, bebida, combustible, amarres en puertos deportivos, tasas portuarias, traslados, etc. Hay que pagar un depósito por adelantado para los gastos juntamente con el precio contractual del alquiler del yate. Normalmente, el APA es de entre el 30% y el 40% del precio de alquiler del yate. Antes de iniciar el chárter el capitán se encarga de adquirir todas las provisiones necesarias y lleva un registro de todos los gastos. Si esa cantidad (30%-40% de APA) resulta más que suficiente para cubrir el chárter y los gastos adicionales surgidos durante el viaje, los fondos no gastados se devuelven al arrendatario del yate. Por supuesto, también ocurre que el depósito (APA) no sea suficiente para cubrir todos los gastos, en cuyo caso el capitán del yate informará a los huéspedes de la necesidad de cubrir gastos.
